About Me
I’m a Registered Nurse, multiple business owner and mum of two boys. Over the last 15 years I have spent my free time studying and gaining certification in many different modalities in preventative health such as mindset coaching, mindfulness facilitation, meditation teaching, nutrition, energy medicine, neurolinguistic feedback and more.
I now offer my services as a health and wellness coach, specialising in stress and burnout, nervous system regulation, and health coaching for millennials who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or depleted. My work is grounded in five core pillars: mindset, movement, nutrition, sleep, and purpose-driven connection. Through 1:1 coaching packages, group workshops, meditation classes, and retreats, I support sustainable change that helps you feel calmer, clearer, healthier and more connected in everyday life.
